Peace of Mind Day- Wellness Wednesday

Our Wellness Wednesday Event for this year, Peace Week, allowed students to engage in activities led by our partners, Girls Inc. and Youth Guidance. Students learned the benefits of mindfulness and wellness through Yoga, Meditation, Zumba, and positive affirmations. The school engaged Calm Classroom for our “Drop Everything and Breathe” activity. Teachers also participated in the event through activities led by our partner organization, JPA.
